Returns & Exchanges

At Duckworth, we stand by the quality of our premium wool apparel and offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your Duckworth garments in their original packaging and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
